3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Information You Provide

Account Details: Name, email address (e.g., from Sign in with Apple or Google), subscription and payment information, and user preferences.

For our boxing coach app: Display name, stance (e.g., orthodox/southpaw), height, weight, date of birth, gender, boxing experience level, and fitness goals you provide during onboarding.

Communications: Messages to support, feedback, survey responses, and interactions on social media.

User-Generated Content: Depending on the app—uploaded photos and saved styles (e.g., Glamify AI); session videos and workout-related data (e.g., boxing app) as described below.

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device Data: Device type, OS, unique identifiers, network info, and settings.

Usage Data: App activity, features used, session times, search queries, and crash logs.

Location Data: General (city-level) or precise (with explicit permission), where applicable.

3.4 Face Data Collection and Processing (e.g., Glamify AI)

We process facial data solely to provide core features such as:

Facial landmarks, geometry, skin tone, and temporary expression detection.

Not collected/stored: Biometric templates, face recognition data, or raw facial scans.

Facial data is: Processed only with user consent; handled in real-time or temporarily cached; never stored permanently or used for identification.

3.5 Camera and Body Data (e.g., Boxing Coach App)

When you use our boxing coach app, we use your device camera to:

Detect body pose and movement (e.g., joints and limbs) in real time to count punches and classify punch types (e.g., jab, cross, hook, uppercut).

This pose/body data is processed on-device for punch tracking and is not used to identify you or stored as a biometric template. Session video may be recorded locally and, where you use AI coaching features, short clips or analysis may be sent to our servers (and third-party AI providers) to generate feedback. Such data is handled as described in Sections 5 and 7.

4. USE OF INFORMATION

4.1 Service Delivery

Enable AI-driven features (e.g., virtual try-on in Glamify AI; live punch tracking and session analysis in our boxing coach app).

5. AI AND DATA PROCESSING

5.1 Image, Pose, and Video Processing

Depending on the app, AI systems may:

Analyze uploaded images (e.g., facial features, virtual makeup).

Process camera feed for body pose and punch detection (on-device).

Analyze session video or clips to provide coaching feedback (e.g., technique score and recommendations).

5.2 Data Processing

Local device processing is prioritized where possible (e.g., punch detection).

Cloud processing (e.g., session analysis, coaching text) is used for relevant features and protected via encryption and access control.

Facial and body/pose data is not stored as biometric identifiers; session and analytics data is retained as stated in Section 7.

5.3 Third-Party AI Services

We partner with providers such as OpenAI (e.g., for natural language and session analysis), computer vision or ML tools, and cloud platforms. All third-party usage is contractually restricted to our specified purposes.

5.4 Retention

Session and real-time data: deleted or overwritten as described in Section 7.

Cached or cloud data: deleted within 24 hours to 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Saved content (e.g., looks, profile): retained until you delete it or close your account.

AI training data: anonymized and aggregated where used.

Face Data (e.g., Glamify AI): Deleted immediately after session or retained temporarily per Section 5.

Camera / Pose / Session Data (e.g., boxing app): Processed in real time on-device; session videos and analysis data retained only as long as needed for the feature (e.g., summary and feedback), then deleted or anonymized; aggregate stats (e.g., leaderboard) retained per your account.

Analytics: Retained up to 2 years.

AI Data: Deleted post-processing or anonymized.

Payment Info: Stored per processor and legal requirements; we do not store full card details.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards:
